Ross Mayfield (blog) is the CEO of SocialText, a company that provides ‘Enterprise Social Software’ — which, being translated, means they are adapting wikis and weblogs for corporate use. (Incidentally, here is an interesting page about what ‘wiki’ is and why/how it works.) He also formed Blog-Network or Ryze, a community of those who blog or are interested in blogs.
